they have changed th books so much the even changed how katherine died

omg u are sooo right!! the show shouldn’t even be called the vampire diaries it has not had one thing from the book in it!! they changed EVERYTHING!
especially the katherine thing!! 
(( and the main thing in the book is elena’s BLONDE hair and they changed that too!
