Klaroline fans, you may want to stand up before reading this next tease as you’ll probably start doing a happy dance while reading it: Klaus will continue to drive a wedge between Caroline and Tyler (using his powers of evil, obvs) and he’ll be pretty successful as he manages to land the reigning Miss Mystic Falls as his date to this year’s pageant!

Any chance that vampire Elena will go head to head with Katherine on The Vampire Diaries? That would be awesome! –Rashad

And showrunner Julie Plec can only agree. “I think it would be a tragic missed opportunity if we didn’t get to see that,” she shares with TVLine. Alas, that’s all she was willing to say on the hot topic. If the face-off of fierce femmes does come to fruition this season, it won’t be any time terribly soon. But you gotta figure it’ll be more than worth the wait.
