I love the Books, they are fun and exciting. I’m excited for the TV Show, however, I’m disapointed in the people they chose as some of the Characters, they don’t stay w/the book, and that’s tragic. Those of us who’ve read the book, have people formed in our minds, and the ones they’ve chosen for Elena and Bonnie (although beautiful women) don’t depict the character. It should be interesting!

well i´m a litle disapointed because many things will be changed in the series but i hope they´ll be great. the books are amazing, full with love mistery and passion, i can barely wait for the next one to come out!

I have read the 1st and 2nd books and i am starting the 3rd and 4th but they dont have the channel in england for the series

No, I haven’t read the books yet. I am hopeing I win the Contest so that I can read them. It looks really good. I can’t wait for the TV series to show. I have been waiting since July. Good Luck to every one who enters the Contest. I hope someone who really, really whats the books get them.

I have read the books and i’m sorta disappointed that they are not going to stick with the book. like Elena does not have a brother or Matt an sister and Elena is suppose to be Blond not a brunet!
And what happen with the Boarding house?and the lady that helped Stefan? And the hot new Teacher that ends up with Bonnie? and isn’t Bonnie suppose to be a red head and where is Merdith?

i started reading the 1st book and literally am still on the 1st chapter i cant get through im very dissapointed b/c the show is simply amazing but the books r a let down

Wel DUH!!!! who wouldn’t !!!!! And the new just came out….. LOVE IT!!!!!!! its so amazing!!!! But i think elena should get over stefan and hook up with damon!!! he is clearly a much better sweet hear with a soft dark sexy side!!!!!

I think its kind of nice to have different persons in the show, and the book. Love the show and love the books. I’m only dissipointed of the people here in Norway that doesnt send so much Vampire Diaries, it sucks! (did you get that one, pretty god, huh?)
