Synopsis:
AN ANCIENT PRESENCE IN MYSTIC FALLS — Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) come to Elena’s assistance and, in the process, learn surprising new information about people, vampires and events in the distant past. Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) helps Bonnie (Katerina Graham) after she casts a difficult and exhausting spell, and Caroline (Candice Accola) does what she can to make things easier for Tyler (Michael Trevino). Finally, Stefan and Damon reach a new understanding.

I can’t believe how great this episode was I can’t believe Damon finally told Elena that he loves her I mean i’m Team Stefan but I felt soooooooo bad for Damon tonight. I mean words can’t explain how sad it was it was horrible to see him cry but I LOVED what he said “I don’t deserve you,… but my brother does. god i wish you didn’t have to forget this….. but you do.” sooo sad and I wonder if Stefan and Elena are back together? hmmm hope sooo but duobt it. loved this episode. gosh I can’t pick which episode is my favorite love ‘em all! this season is genius!!!!!!!!!!

I know that was creepy. I don’t understand how he lived , he got stabbed in the heart? My Gosh Damon you are so sweet. It was sweet when he said ” “I don’t deserve you,… but my brother does. I love you but I am not going to be selfish ” It might not be the exact words , but how sweet is that <3 I LOVE DAMON AND STEFAN SAVATORE fOREVER!!!! Nina is such a amazing Actress, she can act so well when she is playing Elena and Katherine. I hope Kaherine gets out of the tomb, I know she is mean and all, but I Honestly thing she had to be that way for a purpose. Remember when Stefan asked Katherine about who she was running from and she didn't answer his question, and after Tonight's episode I don't think Katherine is that bad as we think she is , I think she had to protect herself. I think something happened to Katherine that made her have to act this way. Think about it , we really don't know much about her . All we know is that she changed the savatores into Vampires, she is the center of the story, but what about her life as a human, who turned her, and what that elijah and the vampires leader want from Katherine, and what they want from Elena???? What if Elena wasn't even human? What if Katherine made her witch friend make Elena in a spell for future references? One last thing Katherine is like Damon last yeaar , and we all forgived him so why can't we forgive Katherine? So many questions I hope to get answer. I hope we have 10 seasons of this show Lol <3 <3 <3 I just figured it out, Elijah that mean vampire wanted Katherine to destroy the moon stone, but Katherine ran off, so now Elena is the next Target. Ya! I think I figured it out

oh my god, this episode was epic! and damon?! he was so sweet telling elena that he loves her and that that’s the reason why he can’t be selfish with her!
awww. i love him! i’m so excited about next week! but how could elijah not be dead? i want him dead! 
i like rose. she’s had to kidnap elena to not being followed anymore and now she wants to help damon and stefan to protect elena.
i really hope that katherine will get out of the tomb soon, because i love her.
i really want to know why she became the person she is.
can’t wait until next thursday!

The show gets better very single episode. and this one was one of the best. the part with Damon and Elena made me cry, it was so amazing.

aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!omg that was THE BEST EPISODE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!how did aisja or whatever get back to live??????!!!!!!did some witch put a spel on him???????????and katherine awww i miss her but she is gonna be in episode 9 soooooooo glad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and i hope Rose doesn’t get killed !!!like her!!!!but i hope elena becomes a vampire!!!that is the olny way!!!!!!!!!!!but 1 thing i know for sure elena,damon and stefan are not gonna die!!!!:D:D but if damon dies i am not gonna watch this show anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!im gonna cry if caroline bonnie or jeremy r gonnna die!!!!!!!!!!!!whoever wrote this episode is amazing!!he/she is then a legend!!!!!!!!!!!trevor!awww that was so sad !!!!it was really scary though!!!!i hate asia!!he’s mean!!!!!!!!!!but great job though!!!!!love tvd 4 ever!!!!!!

i havnt watched that episode yet but i cant wait but i both love damon and stefan though i do like stefan just a bit more!

WOW what a amazing episode. Ahh it was so confusing how can the vampire guy come back to life i was so glad he was dead i was like yes you just got you butt kicked by two vampires that are 400 or more years young than you…and when i saw him come back to life i was like noooooooooo. Damon was so sweet at the end of the episode im totally team stefan but it was heart felt. The way he said it was just amazing..and to see him cry
Are stefan and elena gonna get back together soon they should not be apart they belong together. I finally understand about the moonstone. Katherine wants it because she dont want it to be destroyed she needs it to protect herself…thats why she made the deal with that werewolf george back in 1864. The bonnie and jeremy moment ahh loved it. They would make such a cute couple but i dont think anything will happen between them because he is elenas brother. I cant wait for next weeks episode i want to know what katherine is running from and what she did. I thought katherine was lying when she said that the doppleganger(elena)needed to be protected but i guess she was telling the truth. Okay in the episode someone said that elena wasnt the first doppleganger so does that mean that katherine is also a doppleganger or did i just interpt it wrong????? ahh so confused cant wait for the mystery to be solved.

That was an AMAZING EPISODE!! It was heart breaking at the end though! I am a DElena shipper, and it broke my heart a billion times when Damon was compelling Elena! I wanted to bawl!! It just made me love Damon even more than I already do.

It’s the most selfless act he could do.. and it shows he’s well on his way to ‘deserving’ someone like her. I still love him being an arrogant, smarmy so-and-so, but this new side? WIN! The Salvadore bromance was long overdue and YAY!
Bonnie: : OMGoodness, how freakin’ awesome is she?! Willing to go all out for someone she loves – even if it means she’s hurt – the epitome of heroic! That confession about being all alone struck so deeply, beautifully done from SM and KG.
She’s shown she would die for Elena, or at least go into a coma.. .. but if the brothers or Elena calls on her again without Jeremy saying anything. *shakes fist at writers* Dont.you.dare!!The hug at the end between Ele/Bon and Ele/Jer was beautiful. “I got your message” and Elena didn’t know what it took for Bonnie to send it, to give that hope to her ‘sister’ it showed how incrediable Bons love for her is. I miss them.

Her and Jeremy.. gotta get used to it, but loving that she’s got someone.. so does he.. to lean on etc, when the trio are off doing their own thing and can’t be bothered till they need something. Srsly, that needs to be sorted. Sucky friends being sucky.
The old guy: Stake through the heart.. that was it?! Ok, have we learnt nothing from Buffy? Old guys with old mojo – need a bit of extra effort.
Rose: Mmmm… undecided. But it’ll be interesting to see where tptb take her and Damons relationship/whatever it is.
