Damon needs to work with Bonnie on saving Stefan, breaking the moonstone curse and protecting Bonnie too. Stefan risked his life to rescue him in the S1 finale – like to see Damon repay that debt. @Wahinetoa, I don’t know I think there should be a kiss because it’s so obvious they are in love with each other. And Damon risked his life to save Stefan before he did when he was tied up and tortured with vervain, so they are even. Klaus comes the next episode, right? Their stupid winter finale? Who REALLY needs to break for the winter, til LATE FEBRUARY TO MARCH anyway? I mean, seriously, that is just the worst kind of tease. I really think Damon should be the one eating Chunky Monkey though
I very much doubt there will be a Damon/Elena kiss. She’s very angry with him right now. They haven’t even cast the role of Klaus yet, so I don’t know how you got the idea he was going to appear any time soon. The Winter holiday break will be 6 weeks and the series will return for the second half on January 27, so that’s really not that long a wait. Marco Siega did a chat last week, revealing that episodes 12-22 would be shown uninterrupted (no Olympics to get in the way this year), if all goes as planned filming wise. However, it will mean that the season will end in early April instead of mid-May this time and a loooong 5 month Summer hiatus until Season 3 next September.
I love Caroline so much more now that she’s a vampire. I hope she doesn’t get bitten. I don’t think she’s played out her story yet. And who knows if its actually from Tyler or Jules. Or it could be that other mysterious hottie werewolf o.O
I feel so bad for Tyler. And I wonder what he’ll do once he finds out about Stefan and Damon. He did just say he was in the Salvatore mansion shooting so I’m guessing he knows then… what episode i have no idea but it is Season 2 on the brightside.
As for Damon and Elena kissing… NO THANK YOU. I hope Elena does catch Stefan and Katherine in the tomb together though. Serves Stefan right if he does.
@Alex. I’m not sure if it’s obvious other than Elena has always shown she’s loved Stefan. The brothers bond is one of the most compelling on this show, Damon kissing her would be a betrayal on every level. I don’t think Elena would allow that. You’re right, he did save Stefan with a little help from Ric & Lena. Not sure if it makes them even, but it makes them brothers. Don’t want anything to ruin it. Get out.. they’re keeping us waiting that long?!! (clings to y’all for support)) This show is trying to kill us.
Remember Stefan locked Damon in the vervain cellar early in first season and had every intention of letting him rot there. Damon had to escape on his own with a little assistance from Caroline. Yet, when the shoe was on the other foot in LTROI, Damon charged in to rescue his brother with no thought to himself and helped him with his blood addiction in the aftermath of MMF. Stefan going in to get his brother out in Founder’s Day was the least Stefan could do.
I think that DE kissing is not a good idea but it does makes the show more interesting. =] although im 100% percent on stefan and Elena rather cuz i love the two of them together. But i am kinda dissappointed cause stefan and that bitch katherine are going to do it in that cave. wth!!!! =/ next episode is gonna make me sad.
@Denise: Oh, you’re right He did! Wasn’t that the episode that Elena found out he was abusing Caroline & that’s why he locked him down there? The tomb vampires kidnapped Stefan and Damon rushed in to save him. That was cool. He did help Stefan with the addiction thing, but then again he did instigate it too. He’s a complex guy that one. <3
