PopWrap: I have to tell you Ian, “Vampire Diaries” is ruining all other TV for me because nothing is on par with it so far this season.

Ian Somerhalder: Oh wow, that’s so nice to hear. Kevin [Williamson] and Julie [Plec] would love to hear that because I think they’re in the weeds right now. Everyone here – our crew, I don’t even know how they do it. I have so much respect for those guys because it would not be the show we have without them. And the loyal fans are amazing.
