The CW has released a clip for the season 3 premiere of The Originals titled, For The Next Millennium. In the clip Marcel asks Davina for a favor to help keep peace in the French Quarter, but she denies him. Seems like that fatherly bond he had with her once upon a time may not make much of a difference anymore.
