In the episode, viewers will see Elena (Nina Dobrev) placing a call—with the phone number clearly visible on screen. Fans will be able to call this number (standard long distance fees apply) to hear a special message that will offer a tease of things to come.
Everyone get ready to pause your DVR!

(919) 399-2507 is the number and you get a very interesting message. Also when I dialed it it dials to North Carolina.

The message says,
“For those of you whom are team Stefan he’s not as perfect as he seems, why don’t you go back to 1864 and ask him what happend after he turned Into a vampire? For those of you who are Team Damon ask him to tell you everything to tell you everything that hes done since then, the lifes he’s ruined the people he’s killed, he never looks back or care but evintually a storm hits.”
